This Terms of Service Agreement is entered into between the Artist and the Client for purchase of any character, texture, unity, blender (etc) commission or product. By purchasing any commission/product, the client agrees to the following terms:

Work Hours: Mon-Thurs, evenings (EST). Off Fri-Sun.
Contact: Discord (shes.ruthless) or ticket system in server.
No constant DMs or update requests. Updates are given when available.

Personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased (extra fee).
No heavy edits, repurposing, or kitbashing allowed.
Credit must always be given. Do not claim, share, or alter work without permission.
Proper character references are required; additions cost extra.
Once paid, requests outside original agreement may cost more.
Commissions start only after full payment or completed payment plan.
Files are deleted 24 hours after deliveryโsave your work!
Rush requests must be discussed before payment. Extra fees apply.
Repeatedly asking for updates may result in being ignored or canceled (with/without refund).

Full payment upfront unless payment plan is arranged.
Preferred payment: Cashapp; PayPal (Friends & Family).
Quoted payments must be made within 12 hours or offer is canceled.
No refunds after payment begins. Chargebacks = blacklisting & resale.

Rush fees (delivery by a deadline) incur +85% of original cost added per commission
Character complexity is the main price increase, which is why pricing is quote based. If your character is complex, expect a higher price
